Once you have logged in to your HelloCSE platform, you can find all your information in the "Mon Compte" section.

➡️Mon Compte

In this section, you will find all the information concerning your Hellocse account:

  • Your name

  • Your login :

Your username will always be the same and cannot be changed.

  • Your email address :

The email address associated with your account is the one your organization (CSE, company, association...) registered when they created your account. This is generally your professional e-mail address or the personal address you provided 😉

  • Your password :

To guarantee the security of your account, we recommend that you choose a password that includes: upper case, lower case, numbers, special characters and at least 8 characters.

And remember to change it regularly for optimum security 😉.

  • Two-factor authentication :

The two-factor authentication feature enhances the security of your account.

How to activate it ? After clicking on "ACTIVATE" you will be directed to a page on which a QR code will appear.

Download one of the following applications from the Applestore or Playstore: Google Authenticator, LastPass Authenticator, Microsoft Authentificator, Authy...

Scan the QR code from the downloaded application to activate dual authentication.*

Once you've set up the two-step validation, log in to your space as usual: you'll systematically be asked for a code in addition: it will be generated by the application (so be careful not to delete this application) 😃

💡Dual authentication can be activated on many e-commerce sites as well as on your email address. Don't hesitate, security is important, especially on the internet 😉

In this section, you'll find all the information relating to your account , which you can modify yourself.

Communication email :

The communication email address is the address you define.

It can be your personal (and/or professional) email address, the choice is yours 😉 This option allows you to receive your orders and our newsletters on a different email address from the one associated with your work 😉

➡️Mes Avantages

Your organization can offer you certain benefits in addition to ticketing, in the form of gift vouchers and/or subsidies. 🪄

  • Avantages chèques cadeaux :

Your gift voucher is a means of payment enabling you to purchase vouchers on our site, at preferential rates 🤗

💡 How do you use your gift voucher?

Step 1: choose a store

Step 2: choose the amount of the voucher and add it to the basket

Step 3: go to your basket until you reach the checkout stage

Step 4: select your gift voucher as payment method, make sure it has been deducted from the total and finalize your order!

Once you've finalized your order, you'll receive your voucher by e-mail and are free to use it online or in-store (depending on the voucher's terms of use) 😉

Avantages subventions :

To discover your subsidies, click on "see all eligible offers" then, select the offer of your choice: your subsidy will automatically apply to eligible items 😉

All that's left to do is add the product of your choice to your basket and finalize your order. At this point, you'll be able to view the current remaining amount of your current subsidies.

If you haven't used any of your grants during the year, you won't be able to use them again - they'll be lost.

However, don't panic, they will be replenished with a new amount the following year, if your structure chooses to continue the grants 😉

➡️Mes e-tickets & e-cards

This section gives you access to a summary of your dematerialized purchases.

Your purchases, e-tickets and e-cards are recorded here, and also sent to you by e-mail immediately after payment of your order.

In accordance with our partners' policies guaranteeing your anonymity on the Internet, we do not have the facility to track the balance available on an e-card ordered from HelloCSE.

You can check the balance of your cards by typing "balance inquiry + store name" on the Internet; most stores offer this type of service.

Alternatively, you can check your card balance directly at the store checkout 🤩

💡Tip: For more efficient management, you can archive the e-cards you've fully used. To do so, go to "My Account" > "My e-cards" 😉

➡️Mes dernières commandes

This section gives you access to a summary of your orders.

If your order is dematerialized, you've probably already received it 😀

The majority of products offered on your HelloCSE platform are dematerialized and sent by e-mail immediately after payment of your order.

If your order is physical, it will be sent to you by post within 24 working hours (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day! Please consult the specific conditions for each product on the offer sheet for shipping details.📩

➡️Ma carte membre

Your membership card is proof of HelloCSE membership and must be presented to benefit from certain offers.

No membership number is required: the partner can verify its authenticity directly by scanning the QR code on your membership card with their phone's camera 😉

➡️Mes justificatifs et informations

Your organization may need a receipt to confirm a recent change in circumstances (family, marriage, etc.) in order to offer you even more cool benefits 😊

You can modify your receipt very easily, you just need to do it before the people in charge of your space validate it.

Here's how to do it: Go to My account > My credentials. In the "Manage my credentials" section, you'll be able to view 🔍, modify ✏️, and delete ❌ the credential you've submitted.
