Your IKEA voucher has no expiration date.
Vouchers cannot be used for Click & Collect orders.
Up to 4 vouchers can be used per online order with standard delivery.
🏣 TO USE YOUR VOUCHER IN-STORE:
Using your IKEA voucher in-store is simple !
Present your voucher from your smartphone (or printed version) directly at the checkout. You can show it from your HelloCSE app (wallet menu) or by opening your emails.
Your voucher includes a barcode that the cashier will scan to process the payment.
🛜 TO USE YOUR VOUCHER ONLINE :
STEP #1 : Visit the Ikea website, log in, and shop. Once you've finished shopping on the website, go to your cart at the top right.
Click on "Passer commande."
STEP #2 : Check if your items are available for standard delivery by entering your postal code, then complete the necessary information.
STEP #3: Click on "Utiliser une carte cadeau/carte d'avoir."
Enter your voucher number (19 digits without spaces) and the PIN code (4 digits).
The amount of your voucher will automatically be deducted from the total of your order.
If necessary, you can complete the payment with a credit card or by adding another voucher.

You can verify the remaining balance on your voucher by calling 09 69 36 20 06 (Monday to Thursday from 9am to 8pm, Friday from 9am to 9pm, and Saturday from 9am to 8pm), or by visiting your nearest IKEA store, or by visiting this link 😊
