Once you're on your ticketing service, choose the brand of your choice. You have several options for searching for the offer you're interested in.

2. On your ticketing homepage, you'll find the different offer categories 🤩

3. On your ticketing home page, simply click on "carte des offres à proximité"📍

To take advantage of an offer in gift card format (or we can also say voucher😉), simply click on the amount of your choice.

Then select the number of gift cards you'd like to receive or offer.

Finally, simply add your order to the shopping cart.

⚠️ To make the most of your gift voucher, please read the offer description carefully by clicking on the "How to benefit" button available for each brand.

If your order is dematerialized, you've probably already received it 😀

The majority of products offered on your HelloCSE platform are dematerialized and sent by e-mail immediately after payment of your order.

💡A Tip: You can also retrieve your order by accessing : "Mon Compte" > "Mes Achats" > "Mes e-cartes" on the website or in the "portefeuille" section on the app. 😉 📲

If your order is physical, it will be sent to you by post within 24 working hours (Monday to Friday). 📩

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day! Please consult the specific conditions for each product on the offer sheet for shipping details.

You can pay for your orders by credit card 💳

At checkout, you can enter your credit card codes to pay for your purchases.

You can also save your card codes so you don't have to re-enter them for each order 😉

⚠️ We accept all bank cards except Nickel and American Express.

You can also pay for your orders with gift vouchers 🎁 In fact, if your organization has given you one or more gift vouchers, you can use them to pay for your orders 😉

At the checkout stage, instead of entering your credit card codes, you can select your gift voucher by hovering your mouse over it and clicking on "utiliser". When you click on "utiliser", the amount of your gift certificate will be deducted from the total.

To make sure you've selected your gift voucher correctly, you'll see an indication in the order summary 😉

If your gift certificate does not cover the full amount of your order and you still have a certain amount to pay, you can add your credit card to pay the difference (see explanations above).
