You can find all your benefits granted by your CSE or organization directly from your ticketing service or from your account.

➡️On the ticketing page, by clicking on the piggy bank in the top right-hand corner indicated by "Avantages".

➡️Further down, on the ticketing page, in the category tabs

➡️On your account page, you can click on the "Mes avantages" tab to find out about your benefits.

However, if you don't have this tab, it means that you do not yet have any additional ticketing benefits.

Your gift voucher is a means of payment allowing you to purchase vouchers from our ticket office at discounted rates.

Various types of gift vouchers are available.

To find out which offers are eligible for your gift voucher, please consult all eligible offers by going to the section

"Mes Avantages" > "Mes chèques-cadeaux" > "Voir toutes les offres éligibles".

Your subsidy will be deducted automatically from your order, so you don't need to take any action.

For full details of your subsidy, go to

Mon Profil / Mon compte > Mes avantages > Mes subventions.👇

Here your subsidy appears, you can then click on "voir toutes les offres éligibles".

Once you've selected the brand to use your subsidy, it will be automatically deducted from the price displayed on eligible offers.

So, once you've added the product of your choice to your shopping basket, all that's left to do is proceed to checkout. 🛍️

Your structure (CSE, company, etc.) can set up reimbursements on some of your expenses a posteriori on presentation of an invoice.

If you benefit from this type of advantage, you will find it on your account in the tab :

Mes Avantages> Mes remboursements.

First of all, you'll need to link your bank account by filling in the required details.

Once this has been validated (about 24 hours), you can attach your receipt by clicking on "Faire une demande de remboursement".
