Would you like to convert your holiday voucher into a virtual card?
It’s super simple! Just log in to HelloCSE, go to "Tickets", click on the piggy bank icon in the top right corner, and then under "Holiday voucher", click on "Balance" 🌴
Below your holiday voucher, you will see a box labeled "Convert to virtual card" followed by a "Convert" button. Once you click on it, simply fill in the required information and click "Confirm".
Please note: Once you click "Confirm", this action cannot be undone. Your holiday voucher will be converted into a virtual card 💳
Is there a fee to convert my holiday voucher into a virtual card?
The conversion into a virtual card costs €1, which will be deducted from your total holiday voucher amount 🌴
Can I convert only a portion of it into a virtual card and keep the rest on my digital voucher?
No, you cannot choose the amount you wish to convert. If you decide to proceed, the entire balance of your holiday voucher will be converted to the virtual card.
Can I top up my virtual holiday card with my own money?
Yes, absolutely! You can add up to €2,500 of your own money onto your virtual card. If you choose to do so, the payment must be made by credit/debit card 💳
Important: You can only top up your virtual card once.
How long is the virtual card valid for?
The virtual card is valid for 2 years 🌴
